Kelly Bula

Administrative Manager

Kelly Bula stands as a pivotal figure at Foster Crown, embodying the essence of dedication and personal connection in her role as Administrative Manager. With over seven years of service, Kelly’s tenure at Foster Crown is marked not just by her contributions to the company’s administrative efficiency and growth but also by the deep, lasting relationships she has nurtured. Her approachability and genuine care for others’ well-being resonate not only within the office environment but also in the broader professional community Foster Crown operates within.

 

Outside of her professional life, Kelly is deeply committed to her family, cherishing the time spent with her husband and daughter. She also finds enjoyment in photography, nature, reading, cooking, mixology, and music.

Ari McClearin

Administrative Assistant

Ariel “Ari” McClearin is an Administrative Assistant at Foster Crown. Since her start in January 2024, she has quickly become a core part of the team. Her sense of humor and outgoing personality, along with her ability to quickly master any new skill, has made her an immediate asset, and she is someone that our clients and physicians have connected with from the start.

 

Not only does she excel in her admin role, she also plays a key part in heading our creative department through social media and graphic design. Her theater background is readily apparent in her comfortability in front of an audience, digital or otherwise!

 

She has launched her own clothing brand, and as a self-taught seamstress, she spends most weekends sewing and designing. She was a featured designer at FashionFest MKE 2024!

Hailey Baryenbruch

Administrative Assistant

Hailey Barenbruch is the newest member of the Foster Crown Team, bringing with her a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a strong foundation in organizational communication, interpersonal relations, and effective communication. In her role as an Administrative Assistant, Hailey is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting countless office operations. Additionally, she is moving forward with taking a lead role as a client-initiated touchpoint. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure tasks are executed with precision and efficiency.

Hailey is deeply committed to fostering positive relationships within the team and contributing to the broader community. Her passion for people and dedication to excellence are evident in all aspects of her work.

Outside of her professional role, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She is an avid reader and enjoys expressing her creativity through woodworking and carpentry projects. Since joining Foster Crown, Hailey has already made significant contributions and continues to be a valued member of the team.

Josh Drahonovsky

Graphics & Web Design / Marketing

Josh Drahonovsky is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse skill set ranging from marketing expertise to graphic design finesse and web development prowess. With over 18 years of experience in the realms of graphics and web design, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to his work at Foster Crown.

 

Born and raised with a passion for visual arts, Josh embarked on his journey by pursuing a degree in Graphics of Applied Sciences from Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC), graduating with distinction in 2006. Armed with a solid foundation in design principles, he dove headfirst into the world of digital creativity, honing his craft and pushing boundaries in the ever-evolving landscape of graphic design and web development.

 

In 2012, fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to carve his own path, Josh founded SOLIDES, his own design company. Under his leadership, SOLIDES quickly gained recognition for its innovative designs, intuitive user experiences, and strategic marketing solutions, earning Josh a reputation as a visionary in the industry.

 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Josh is a lifelong learner with a keen interest in philosophy and theology, constantly seeking to expand his understanding of the world and its complexities. His eclectic interests span a wide spectrum of artistic expressions, from playing the guitar and creating visual art to exploring the culinary arts through cooking and baking.

 

Josh is not just a creative mind—he’s also a force to be reckoned with on the field, participating in contact sports such as rugby, muay thai, and jiu jitsu, where he thrives on the adrenaline rush of competition. When he’s not immersed in the digital realm or on the sports field, you can find him indulging in his love for the great outdoors, whether it’s fishing, hunting, or kayaking.

 

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits and creative endeavors, Josh has also dabbled in the world of hospitality, working as a bartender and even running his own hotdog cart—a testament to his versatility and adventurous spirit.

 

With his blend of creativity, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial drive, Josh Drahonovsky continues to push boundaries and make waves in the world of marketing, graphics, and web design, leaving an indelible mark on everything he touches.
