• Position:  Permanent Interventional Radiologist
• Job Number: OH1599

• Facility:  Vascular Outpatient Center (Hybrid OBL / ASC)
• Facility Profile:  Fully staffed outpatient center, servicing primarily ESRD & CKD patients, with options for PAD, UFE, HAE or GAE
• Trauma:  Non-designated
• PTO: 8-weeks
• Support Staff:  RN’s, Techs, and admin support
• ABR certification required. Must have completed an IR Fellowship. 5 years post-fellowship experience required.
• EMR:  NextGen
• Procedures: Dialysis Access Maintenance. You will be working primarily with ESRD & CKD patients & performing vascular access maintenance procedures. Experience and recent volumes will be required. Additional skill set with PAD, UFE, HAE or GAE a plus
• Schedule: 7:30a – approx. 4p M-F, no call, no weekends, no holidays
