• Position: Permanent Vascular Surgeon
• City/State: Chicago, IL
• Facility: Vascular Outpatient Center / OBL and ASC. OBL=1 day/week, ACS 4=days/week.
• Facility Profile: Fully staffed outpatient center with 3-OR’s
• Trauma:  N/A
• ADC: 2 – 3 surgical creations daily, followed by access maintenance work and PAD. Complex cases can be accomplished in a local hospital, privileges will be obtained for you.
• Support Staff: Fully staffed with NP’s and PA’s, marketing, admin, techs, etc.
• Board Certified
• VS Procedures: Focused on ESRD access maintenance and access creation (fistulas, grafts and revisions).
• EMR: NextGen
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p or similar. No call, No weekends, and No holidays.
• Start Date: ASAP
