• Facility Profile: 2-procedural rooms with ability to operationalize a 3rd room as volume dictates

• Volume: 13 – 14 PPD cases on average, up to 17 – 18/day, for higher volume days (double doc days)

• Position: Permanent or 1099 Part Time of Full Time, Interventional Radiologist, Vascular Surgeon or Interventional Cardiologist, as the client will consider each.

• Facility Profile: 1-OR and 3-exam rooms / recovery

• Volume:  Approximately 12 major interventional cases/week
• Support Staff:  Staffing is being reset; RN’s will be PRN, RT is also facility director
• Board Certification required: IR Board Certification and/or American Board of Vascular Medicine/ American Board of Endovascular Medicine or Board of Vascular Surgery
• EMR: OmniMD
• Procedures: Endovascular Arterial/Venous and Artery Embolization
• Case Mix: Arterial Interventions – 60%, Embolization’s – 40%
• Schedule:  8am to 5pm, Monday and Friday: Office/Clinic coverage, Tuesday-Thursday: Procedures. Part Time- or Full-Time options will be considered.
